I had a wonderful stay here while spending time in New Braunfels house hunting. The service was excellent, they were friendly and attentive. For being so close to I-35, it was extremely quiet in my room, so that was wonderful! Bedding was clean and fresh and the housekeeping didn’t bother me throughout all the mornings I was there trying to sleep in, so I really appreciate that. Could use some updates, but other than that, have to give a five star review because of the experience. Thank you!!!
Very nice rooms and people working there. Owners were great! Went out of their way to accommodate my wife, with handicap needs. I was able to work from my room with a big desk, no noise, and good Internet. Room access was from the inside, which was a plus.
Amazing stay here!! All the staff was extremely nice and helpful during check in/ check out. The room was big and very comfy beds and pillows. Bathroom was very nice and clean. They even have a POOL! (Didn't use while here for work but it looked awesome!) 100% recommend staying here v.s. ANY other hotel in New Braunfels. A MUST STAY!!!
Nick and Nita (owners) are very accommodating and friendly to all guests that come in l. I had experienced a bad stay at another hotel recently abd they worked to accommodate me and my older dog during my time here. I honestly appreciated this... The rooms are spacious and staff is friendly to requests needed. It was actually a positive change if I hadn't experienced what I did before and regret not booking with them initially. I highly recommend this establishment to locals and those coming in for festivities New Braunfels has to offer. All I can say is low stress and exceptional service! Thank you, Nick and Nita.
What a great little dive hotel at an even greater value on Expedia! Super close to everything in New Braunfels — just a few minutes from Wurstfest and downtown ! Our room came with a microwave + fridge — perfect for chilling snacks (or your toilet paper )! The business center in the lobby was top-tier (check out our pics ). The manager/front desk lady was so friendly and even laughed at our jokes — instant 5 stars for that! The elevator was down, but no worries we’re athletes, so we proudly conquered the stairs to the second floor . Best part? It’s right next door to the Iron Horse Bar — such a fun, friendly local spot . Would absolutely stay here again — 10/10 vibes all around!
Room was great and affordable! I stayed for an extended amount of time and the managers/owners took great care of me. They clean rooms every single day and make sure your stay is more than accommodating. Located right off of 35 and 46 which is a perfectly located area in New Braunfels right next to all the good restaurants.
I was very satisfied with my experience here. The service was good. I saw some other reviews mention bugs, and I did see a dead cockroach show up in my room during my stay, so maybe beware a bit of bugs :)
We love staying here! They are amazing! They are so sweet. We have been here for a few months now and are very happy with our stay. The room was fairly clean when we first got in. And had no smell of cigarettes! staff do a great job at cleaning up the rooms everyday. My 2 year old son loves to watch them as they clean the ones near us
